BREEDING EWES

Sherak Razabeth is a foundation flock ewe.  She is a chocolate lilac color.   She is the dam of Sherack Aidan.  Raz is an amazing ewe, we love her nervous ninny personality!  She is bred to Job for late spring/early summer lambs.

Gomer is our all time favorite.  She is more of a pet than a breeding ewe.  Her 2008 lamb will be her last lamb.  She produces INCREDIBLE fleeces and lovely markings. All of her lambs have been 4 horned.  She is the mother of Sherack Speckles and Sherack Isabella.  Both show winning ewes.

Eve is one of those individuals that continuously out produces herself!  She has had 3 tremendous rams for us.  Dually and Alladin, who have done well in the show ring, and her 2008 lamb looks to follow in their footsteps.

Sherack Delilah is another one of our Older, Foundation Flock Ewes.  She is a wonderful ewe, that produces incredible structure in her lambs.  Moose Mountain Pudding and Moose Mtn Pie are her JULY 2007 lambs.  Both showed well at the National Western, and will be going to the Estes Park Wool Festival this summer. Delilah is bred to Job for a 2008 lamb.

Isabella is an outstanding individual.  She was shown by the previous owners in Oklahoma, and did well everywhere she went.  Isabella has produced Desel, a nice growthy lilac ram lamb with an easy to handle fleece.  She is Bred to Broken O Sherman for a 2008 lamb.

Moose Mtn. Pudding (Lillywold Job x Sherack Delilah)
We all have that one ewe that runs the show... That's Pood!!!! She is into everything, all the time, and acts like she owns the place.  I guess she has that right, as she was the only ewe lamb born on our place in 2007!~  She was a BIG surprise.. as she and her twin Pie, were conceived in the trailer when we purchase the flock in February! This cure little lilac ewe h done surprisingly well at the shows, despite her age.  The judges love her structure.  We are anxious to see how our little darling grows up!

Moose Mtn. Summer (Unknown x Moose Mtn. Bianca)
Summer was part of the package deal we got when we got Bonita and Bianca.  She is cute as a button, and Pood's partner in crime!  She has incredible staple length.

Broken O Buttercup (Canberra Issac x Rising Sun Fela)
Buttercup is a fun little four horn girl!  She is bred to Job for a late spring lamb.  We purchased Bunny from the Broken O flock, and we think she will make a nice cross on our sheep!

Broken O Dotted Eye (Kreutzer Farm Sammy x Rockies Baabs)  http://jsba.netfirms.com/cgi-bin/geneal.pl?op=tree&index=1500&gens=5&db=jsba.dbw
Dot is an exciting addition to the flock.  This larger framed ewe has a lovely fleece and tremendous size.  She has proven to be an incredible mother with her first lamb, an April 4 horn ram lamb sired by Sherack Dually.  We are excited to see how this lambs mix of East and West genetics turn out!

Sherack Speckles  (Lillywold Job x Sherack Gomer)
Speckles is one of those special sheep that catches everyone's eye.  When at shows, folks who don't know sheep at all pick her out, as she has that "look at me" attitude.  She is quite the resident princess, but has the looks to pull it off!  In the show ring, the judges have the same reaction as the average Joe.. They just like her.  She won the Classic Breeds Champion at Estes Park Wool festival.  Judge Letty Cline said that she is "one of the nicest Jacob Sheep she has ever seen."  Her fleece is amazing as well.  A BRIGHT white color, distinct clear black, minimal kemp, and nice crimp.  She is truly a pleasure to own.  She has a phenomenal ram lamb by Dually at her side.

Sherack Danielle  (Lillywold Job x Sherack Danny)
Danielle is a DARK ewe in our flock.  She is the only remaining Daughter of Sherack Dannie.  She is a structurally correct ewe with an easy to handle fleece.  She has a nice DARK ram lamb at her side sired by Dually. Danielle was shown at Estes Park and did well in her classes.

Moose Mtn. Zoey (Unknown)
Zoey was a ewe we found and traced her scrapie tag.  She was bred by Lazy S Farms in KS who have Jacobs, but don't maintain registration on them.  Her Dam was purchased from the Pueblo Zoo, and her sire is a Kreutzer Farm Ram.  We currently have registration pending on this ewe, but are excited about her addition into our flock!  She currently has an EXCEPTIONAL ram lamb at her side with wonderful structure!

Moose Mtn. Bianca (Unknown)
Bianca is a ewe we acquired this summer.  She is from the Laffing Horse Farm, formerly of Colorado.  She was purchased along with Bonita as a hand spinning  animal, but her owners moved into Alpacas.  Bianca has a nice daughter, Summer, who came as a late May arrival in 2007.  She currently has twin ram lambs at her side sired by Dually.

Moose Mtn. Bonita  (unknown) came with Bianca, above.  She is a darker fleeced ewe.  She showed at the National Western Stick show, and was part of the Champion Flock and faired well in her individual class.  She currently has twin lambs by her side.
